TN e-District Scholarship 2021 Eligibility

Students who are interested to apply for the E-District Scholarship should check the eligibility criteria of the scholarship before applying for the scholarship. The following are the eligibility criteria points to be remembered while applying for the scholarship which is given below.

  • The Applicant must belong to a Minority Category which is acceptable in the respective State of India.

  • The Applicant must have passed their last qualification Examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • The annual income of the family of the candidate must be a maximum of 2 lakhs or below.

  • The Applicant who is belonging to the financially backward category can apply for the E-District Scholarship online.

What are the Documents Required While Applying?

  • Address Proof

  • Ration Card or Voter ID or PAN Card

  • Caste Certificate

  • Fee receipts paid by the Student

  • Marksheet of the last qualification

  • Income Certificate

  • An income declaration of an Affidavit in the Non-Judicial Stamp

  • Stamp Paper of Rs.10 in original.

  • Bank Account details

  • Recent passport size photograph

How to Apply for TN e-District Scholarship 2021 Online?

The Students who are Study in Teacher Training, Polytechnic, Diploma in Nursing, Under Graduate, Ph.D level, Post Graduate Courses, M.Phil Courses the Students Can Apply online by filing an Application form from the following Steps,

  • Log in to Tamil Nadu e-District website http://escholarship.tn.gov.in

  • Select Online filling Option

  • Enter the Student Basic Details

  • Submit with Clicking Save Option

What are the Certificates or Documents That Must Be Submitted After Applying for the Scholarship Online?

The candidate who applied for the Scholarship online must take the printout of the application to submit along with bellow listed Certificates or Documents at their Studying College head of the Department to avail the scholarship,

  • Affixed passport size photo (recent)

  • Mark-sheet(s) – Only Consolidated Mark-sheet 

  • Community Certificate

  • Income Certificate

  • For Self Employed Parents/ Guardian, a Self Certification of Income declaration by way of an Affidavit in the Non-Judicial Stamp Paper with the value of Rs.10/-( in original).

  • Address Proof (Ration Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc)

  • Fee receipts paid by the Student,

  • Proof of Bank Account Number (Core Banking Service) with IFS Code (11 Digits)
