Once you are in a meeting, click the three vertical dots in the lower right corner of the screen.
Now click on ‘Record meeting’ option to start recording.
All the participants of a meeting can freely record the video call along with the host.
You can click on the three vertical dots again and click on ‘Stop recording’ once you are done.
Recordings will be saved to your Google Drive in a folder called “Meet Recordings”.
The host of the Google Meet video call will also get the recording link.

– You’re a teacher signed in to your G Suite account, but not a student.
– You’re the meeting organizer or teacher.
– Open Google Meet, Tap more.
– Wait for the recording to start.
– When you finish, Tap More and stop recording.
– To verify, wait for the recorded file to appear and save to My Drive > Meet Recordings folder.
– Recordings are saved to the organizer’s Meet Recordings folder in My Drive.
How to Record Class at Google Meet?
– In the Gmail inbox, click the link and wait for the recording to open.
– Select an option:
– To play the recording, tap Play.
– To share the recording, tap more: type email addresses and click Done.
– You can also copy and share a link.
– To download the file, click Download and save to my drive
