However, many of its customers have recently complained about connection issues and being forced to log out. Medela app users on both Android and iOS platforms are claiming that the app is not working, the problem is that the Medela app locked them out and they are unable to get back in.
How to fix Medela app not working?
Users are being logged out of the Medela app for no apparent reason, and the error message reads “Connection problem.” There is no access to WiFi or mobile data. All other applications on the phone, on the other hand, are fully functional and may connect to the internet. Change password and Log out and log in back again

If your Medela app can’t connect to the internet or keeps disconnecting the connection, one major cause might be that you’re using a VPN to control your network settings. If you’re using a VPN network, many applications won’t be able to keep sessions effectively. To remedy this, switch off the VPN and see if the Medela app works properly.
Restart the phone
A simple restart of your iPhone or Android phone will resolve most software or platform difficulties. Please restart the Medela app in your phone to resolve any software issues that have been reported, then check back to see whether the problem has been resolved.
