How to schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams on desktop?
Microsoft Teams software is mainly meant for a smooth functioning of day to day business oriented activities and team management. Microsoft teams help in scheduling meetings, organisation tasks, file storage with efficient security features. To schedule a meeting in Microsoft teams please follow below steps:
The user first has to select ‘Schedule a meeting’ in a chat right below the box where you type a new message to book a meeting with the team members available in the chat.
Step 1 – Look out for the Calendar Meetings icon on the left side of the app.
Step 2 – Select the new meeting icon in the top right corner.
Step 3 – Select timings in the calendar. A scheduling form will appear.
Step 4 – Give a Meeting title and invite people including agenda of the

Step 6 – Once you have filled in the details, save it..
The scheduling form will disappear and send an invite to everyone’s Outlook inbox.
How to schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams on mobile?
Microsoft team software is available on Mobile, which makes it more convenient to attend meetings, even if you are not in office. Microsoft Team helps the members to be in touch officially, even while travelling. On mobile, following steps need to be done for scheduling a meeting.
Step 1 – Select ‘Calendar Meetings’ icon at the bottom of the app.
Step 2 – Select ‘Schedule a meeting’ icon in the top right.
Step 3 – Select ‘Add people to team’ icon and choose the people you’d like to invite.
Step 4 – Next, Select ‘Share to a channel’:
-If you want to have your meeting in a channel, select the appropriate channel.
-If you don’t prefer it, Leave it
Please note when you select ‘meeting in a channel, team members will be to see and join the channel.
Step 5 – Then, set beginning and conclusion time and write a heading for the event.
Step 6 – Final tap Done icon to schedule your meeting.
